Do you design events outside of Rome?
Absolutely. Although our studio is based in Rome, we travel all over Italy—from Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast to Lake Como, Sicily and beyond—to design unforgettable floral experiences for your wedding or event.
Is there a minimum investment for your floral design services?
Because each celebration is unique and we source premium blooms, our floral design services typically start at a minimum investment. The final proposal depends on the scale and vision of your event. We'll provide a tailored quote after your consultation.

How do we secure our date with Motif Floral?
After your consultation and acceptance of our bespoke proposal, we'll send a contract and invoice. A signed contract and non‑refundable retainer are required to secure your date; the remaining balance is due prior to the event.
